We are certainly starting 2014 on a high note!

After just two weeks we’ve received the good news that Carinfo.co.za declared Auto & General as the insurer with the best customer service in 2013, a distinction we share with Momentum.

Carinfo.co.za looked at all the compliments and complaints posted on the Hello Peter website, of 22 insurance companies offering car insurance in South Africa. Auto & General received the highest compliments percentage of 82% and lowest complaints percentage of 18%.

“These are reports that are filed by everyday people about the various insurance companies that gave them service, and we therefore believe that these reports are a fair indication of the level of service provided by each company,” stated Carinfo.co.za.
